Terms & Conditions

Last updated: February 2025

These terms cover your use of CrickPulse. By browsing the site you're agreeing to them, so it's worth a couple of minutes of your time. If you don't agree with any part of them, the simplest option is to stop using the site.

1. Using the site

You're welcome to read, share links to, and quote from our articles. You're not welcome to scrape the site, republish articles in full, or run automated tools against it in a way that affects service for everyone else. Personal, non-commercial use is fine. Copying our work onto another site or into a newsletter is not.

2. Our content

Everything on CrickPulse — articles, headlines, graphics, logos and page design — belongs to us or is used with permission. Copyright stays with us. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the original article. Anything more than that needs written permission first.

3. Comments and user submissions

If you send us a comment, tip, photo or article, you're confirming it's yours to send and that it isn't defamatory, obscene, or in breach of anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of what you send, but you give us permission to publish and edit it on the site.

We remove comments that are abusive, spam, off-topic to the point of derailing a thread, or that we simply don't want on the site. We don't owe anyone an explanation for a removal, though we'll usually give one if asked politely.

4. Accuracy and availability

We try to be accurate and we correct mistakes when we find them. We can't promise that everything on the site is error-free at all times, or that the site will be available without interruption. Cricket scores, schedules and statistics change quickly; check official sources before relying on anything for a decision that matters.

5. Links to other sites

We link out to other websites fairly often. We don't control those sites, we're not responsible for their content, and a link isn't an endorsement of everything they publish.

6. Advertising

The site carries advertising. Ads are served by third parties and we don't control which specific ads appear. If you see something inappropriate, tell us via the contact page and we'll look into blocking it.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is based. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
